Zakat and Sadaqa Trust Fund's Student Loan Trust Fund was instituted to support needy students. The Student Loan Trust Fund which was formed in 2005 to provide loans to eligible students to further their studies had an improvement on its profile when it launched its collaboration with the Zakat and Sadaqa Fund.
I am part of Zakat and Sadaqa Trust Fund. I urge on all Muslims to join the Fund.
The greatest motivation I have had in contributing to the Zakat and Sadaqa Trust Fund is that it provides us with an opportunity to widen the scope of education such that many of our youth can also have the widest range of training and therefore be able to match others in the workspace.
The broader vision is to create an institution that will build a reputation of harnessing these resources and deploying them in the most effective way for the development of the Ummah.
